This week the firm is representing clients before Hon’ble Supreme Court in matters pertaining to criminal proceedings under sec. 197 crpc, bitcoin fraud, Property dispute, Election matter, Matrimonial dispute, Custody matter, Transfer Petition and Service matter. In High Court, we are representing an export house in availing MEIS scheme. In NCLT, it is representing Operational Creditors. In NGT, we are representing an association representing traders whose units have been sealed.
